Responding to Young People at High Risk: A School Focused Pilot

The Austin CAMHS is currently working with the Austin Hospital School and three DE&T Secondary Schools in its catchment to develop a strategy for an improved response to young people identified by schools as being at high risk due to mental health problems.
Project Aim
To develop and pilot a timely and accessible CAMHS response to all school based referrals of adolescents identified by the referrer as being at high risk in a way that will build partnership and enhance the capacity of schools to promote student wellbeing. Read
